Those who will sign-up are needed to carry the following: usually achieved Pledge Type or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, present Group Tax Certification (cedula), 2 items ticket dimension image (colored with white-colored qualifications and finish name tag), 1 item 1” x 1” image (colored with white-colored qualifications and finish name tag), 2 places of metered documented postage stamps and 1 brief brownish package with name and career and to pay the Preliminary Signing up Fee of P600 and Yearly Signing up Fee of P450 for 2013-2016. Effective examinees should individually sign-up and indication in the List of Authorized Experts.
