How to Build Relationship between Teachers and Students

The relationship between teachers and students in the classroom is the most important thing to distribute knowledge among all the students. If the relationship or environment is friendly in the classroom then it would be easy for teacher to teach them well and also for students this relationship is important to avoid from any type of depression.
In the classrooms, mostly students need a comfort and a safe environment to learn more efficiently. To maintain this comfortable environment in the classroom, teachers can build a relationship of trust by helping the students, encouraging them for good things and discouraging them for the wrong behavior. Mostly in our country the secondary level teachers are unable to build the good relationship with their students because of many students in one class and a lot course burden. Students of all levels are very sensitive they need an equal environment in the classroom if a teacher is focusing some students in the classroom then the other students would be not feeling good about this differential behavior and it would be hard for them to focus their studies well.
If a teacher is able to build a strong relationship with the students and can provide them the opportunity to develop trust with each other than those students would be able to show best results in all levels. These students and teachers relationships can be built by arranging school projects and other activities in which teachers are involved with their students. Through these activities the relationship with students can be build due to which the students will give a positive response in their studies as well.
