Karachi, The Dow University of Health Sciences Karachi is going to start the Clinical Research Certified Professionals for session 2013 in the Clinical Trial Unit.
The University is starting 7th Clinical Research Certified Professional Course which is a capacity development program. The students will be giving training for the data collection, analysis of the data and monitoring of the data, in this way they will become the clinical research professionals. Today, there is huge demand of the clinical research certified professionals in the national and foreign bio-pharmaceutical industries and research trial units of various universities.
The candidates should apply for this course through their applications to the CTU office, Library Block, 2nd Floor, Dow Medical College, MA Jinnah Road Karachi up to May 18, 2013. The candidates should attach the required documents with the applications forms with pay order of Rs.500 in favor of CTU, DUHS Karachi. The candidates can download the application forms for admission from website of the Dow University of Health Sciences. The interviews of the candidates will be conducted on May 24 & 25, 2013 and they will to pay the fee of the course of Rs.25,000. The class of the course will be started from June 16, 2013 from 9 am to 1 pm. The duration of the course is up to four months.
The candidates must have qualified with MBBS, BDS, FCPS or MD or BSc/MSc Biological Sciences or Professional nurses or Pharmaceutical Professionals. The students of other countries or cities will have to be enrolled through WEBEX then they will be granted admission in the course. The university has also warned the students that they should send their applications at an early date because limited seats are available with the Clinical Trial Unit of the University.
