independence and the appearance of Pakistan on the global map, the
exams of Matriculation and Intermediate level were taken by the auspices
of University of the Punjab. Although, from the circulation of the
Punjab University Act of 1954, the Board of Secondary Education, Punjab
was founded in the region which was operated by University management of
examinations of Secondary, Intermediate and Pakistani & Classical
Languages. After this, the first examination was taken in 1955. The aim
of Board of Secondary Education, Punjab is to endorse the qualification
by taking exams in cautious atmosphere, impartial and fair.
